Details

At 745 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from 8 miles northeast of Queen City to 9
miles northwest of Winnsboro, or extending from 10 miles northeast of
Atlanta to 9 miles northwest of Winnsboro, moving south at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Texarkana, Mount Pleasant, Atlanta, Wake Village, Gilmer,
Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Leesburg, Vivian, Nash, Mount Vernon,
Daingerfield, Jefferson, Linden, Quitman, Hughes Springs, Lone Star
and Queen City.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
