Details

At 856 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near St. Libory to near Kearney. Movement was
southeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Grand Island, Gibbon, Wood River, Shelton, and Alda around 900 PM
CDT.
Minden and Chapman around 905 PM CDT.
Kenesaw, Doniphan, Phillips, Heartwell, and Prosser around 910 PM
CDT.
Juniata, Norman, and Hansen around 915 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Hastings, Aurora,
Giltner, Holstein, Trumbull, Roseland, Harvard and Inland.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 256 and 336.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
south central and central Nebraska.
