Details

Fog has expanded more in the past 1-2 hours but the dense fog with
visibilities one quarter mile or less remain patchy and
concentrated in areas from Fargo to Wahpeton and Park Rapids,
Wadena to Bemidji. Visibilities will remain variable from poor to
good thru the lake country of MN thru 10 am.
