Details

At 356 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Stockade Lake, or over Custer, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 30 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Custer, Hill City, Pringle, Sylvan Lake, Crazy Horse Memorial,
Black Elk Peak, Palmer Gulch Resort, Stockade Lake, Horse Thief
Lake, Medicine Mountain, Mount Coolidge, Mount Rushmore National
Memorial, Legion Lake, Bear Mountain Lookout, Blue Bell, Center
Lake, Black Hills Playhouse, Custer State Park, State Game Lodge
and Deerfield Reservoir.
