Details

At 421 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from near New Underwood to over Red Shirt, or
extending from 24 miles east of Rapid City to 31 miles northeast of
Hot Springs, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
New Underwood, Scenic, Owanka, Folsom, Farmingdale, Red Shirt,
Caputa, Railroad Buttes, Thompson Butte, Sheep Mountain Table and
southwestern Badlands National Park.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 73
and 88.
