Details

At 215 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Gering, or near Scottsbluff, moving northeast at
15 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Scottsbluff, Gering, Terrytown, Minatare, Melbeta, Wildcat Hills
State Recreation Area, Lake Minatare State Recreation Area, Lake
Alice Number 2, Scottsbluff Airport, and Scotts Bluff National
Monument.
