Details
At 158 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles north of Hay Springs, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Sheridan County, including the following locations… Intersection of
Beaver Creek Road and White Clay Creek Road, Mount Maria, and Metcalf
State Wildlife Management Area.
This includes Highway 20 between mile markers 81 and 89.
