Details
At 224 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles east of Chadron, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
White Clay, Pine Ridge, Intersection of Highway 87 and Craven Creek
Road, Intersection of Highway 87 and Larabee Road, Metcalf State
Wildlife Management Area, and Mount Maria.
