Details
At 1132 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
miles south of New England, or 23 miles northeast of Bowman, moving
northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Mainly rural areas of Southeastern Slope and West Central Hettinger
Counties.
Instructions
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
