Details
At 331 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Long Prairie, or 21 miles east of Alexandria, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Clotho, Long Prairie, Lake Osakis, Round Prairie, Long Prairie
Airport, Little Sauk, Grey Eagle, Birch Lakes State Forest, West
Union, North Shore, Burtrum, Pleasant Beach and Swanville.
