At 409 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking heavy rain and minor
flooding over Ellendale, or 14 miles north of Albert Lea, and is
stationary.

Wells, Blooming Prairie, Winnebago, New Richland, Clarks Grove,
Ellendale, Minnesota Lake, Geneva, Hartland, Hollandale, Freeborn,
Waldorf, Easton, Delavan, Otisco, Hope, Manchester, Matawan, Baroda
and Steele Center.
