Details

At 309 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles east of Holmesville to near Hollenberg.
Movement was southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects and
vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Marysville, Hanover, Axtell, Beattie, Summerfield, Oketo, Hollenberg,
and Bremen.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
northeastern Kansas.
