Details
At 509 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms 10 miles southwest of Rosita, or 12 miles south of
Freer, moving northwest at 15 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Freer and Benavides.
This includes US Highway 59 between mile markers 764 and 784.
