Details
Light winds overnight and a clear to partly cloudy sky allowed for
the formation of fog, locally dense, in parts of eastern North
Dakota and northwest Minnesota. The main fog areas are from
Cando to Langdon to Grafton and then to Grand Forks and
Cooperstown. Also fog around Bemidji to Baudette.
Use caution if traveling in fog areas as visibilities are likely
to change quickly.
Fog will burn off by 10 am.
