Northeastern Mitchell County in north central Iowa…
Southeastern Mower County in southeastern Minnesota…

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 507 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Adams, or 14 miles southeast of Austin, moving
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
