* WHAT…North winds up to 40 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE…In Oklahoma, Cimarron County. In Texas, Dallam and Hartley
Counties.

* WHEN…From 6 PM to 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Incoming storms from our north may work
together to produce isolated gusts upwards of 60 mph.
