At 1227 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from 6 miles southwest of Vayland to 6 miles
northeast of Byre Lake, or extending from 9 miles southeast of Miller
to 10 miles southwest of Lower Brule, moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

The strong thunderstorm will be near…
Fort Thompson, Pleasant Valley Country Church, Counselor Creek Boat
Access Area, Lees Corner, Lower Brule and Sunshine Bible Academy
around 1230 AM CDT.
Medicine Butte, Etbauer Hill, Danforth and Tailrace Rec Area around
1235 AM CDT.
Rosehill Dam around 1240 AM CDT.
Gann Valley, Crow Creek Housing, Reliance and Shelby around 1245 AM
CDT.
Oacoma and Dude Ranch around 1255 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Crow
Creek Reservation and Lower Brule Reservation.
