Details

At 109 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles north of Ball to 8
miles southwest of Many. Movement was south at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Alexandria, Pineville, Leesville, Marksville, Simmesport, Glenmora,
Boyce, Moreauville, Anacoco, Cheneyville, Toledo Bend Dam, Hineston,
Lena, Bordelonville, Fort Polk, Alexandria International Airport,
Slagle, Effie, Burkeville, and Ball.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 57 and 109.
