* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Northwestern Liberty County in southeastern Texas…
Southeastern Polk County in southeastern Texas…
Southeastern San Jacinto County in southeastern Texas…

* WHEN…Until 445 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1239 PM CDT, between 3.5 and 16.5 inches of rain have fallen
over the last 48 hours. Another 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is possible
over the next few hours. If heavy rain moves back into this
region, a Flash Flood Warning will likely be issued.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Cleveland, Shepherd, Goodrich, Romayor, Rye, Tarkington Prairie,
Moss Hill and Segno.
