Details

Hot temperatures in the upper 90s to near 103 will combine with
elevated humidities to send the heat index values into the 100 to
107 degree range across much of South Central Texas. A few pockets
of locally higher heat index values in the 108 to 110 degree range
are possible for an hour or two, mainly for isolated areas just
east of I-35 and over the Rio Grande Plains. Practice heat safety
including taking frequent breaks from direct sun exposure and
staying hydrated.
