Details

At 355 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Camp Mitre Peak, or 9 miles southeast of Fort Davis, moving south at
10 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Alpine, Marfa, Fort Davis, Camp Mitre Peak, Alpine-Casparis Municipal
Airport, Marfa Municipal Airport, Davis Mountains State Park, Paisano
Pass, and Fort Davis National Historical Site.
