At 131 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm 3 miles
west of Figure Five, and an outflow boundary moving across southern
Crawford and northern Sebastian counties moving east.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
