Details

At 102 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from over Cairo to near Bardwell, moving
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Cairo, La Center, Wickliffe, Barlow, Kevil, Wilson City and
Blandville.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
