* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following
areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and Missouri, including the
following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton,
Daviess, De Kalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Mercer, Nodaway
and Worth.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Some areas have already received 2 to 4 inches of rain with
additional rain expected which may lead to flooding.
