* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following area,
Atchison KS and Missouri, including the following areas, Adair,
Buchanan, Daviess, De Kalb, Grundy, Mercer, Putnam, Schuyler and
Sullivan.

* WHEN…Through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Widespread rainfall anticipated with cumulative totals
approaching 2 or more inches in most areas. Some areas may
receive 4 or more inches.
