…The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa…

Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Iowa River at Oakville.

* WHEN…From Thursday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 15.0 feet, Water affects the south approach to the
Iowa Highway 99 bridge near Oakville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 14.6 feet
Sunday evening.
– Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Instructions

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
