* IMPACTS…Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1206 PM CDT, Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms have
produced up to around 3 inches of rain across the county since
yesterday.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area through the afternoon.
