…The National Weather Service in Des Moines has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa…

Ioway Creek at Ames Lincoln Way affecting Story County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Ioway Creek at Ames Lincoln Way, or from the Story-Boone
County line to the South Skunk River.

* WHEN…This morning.

* IMPACTS…At 10.4 feet, Water affects lowlands around S 4th St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.5 feet and is nearing its
crest.
– Forecast…The river is currently near a crest of 10.5 feet. It
will then fall below flood stage later this morning.
– Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
