* WHERE…In Minnesota, Carlton and South St. Louis County. In
Wisconsin, Douglas County.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The worst conditions will be found close to
and around Lake Superior, as well as in the St. Louis River valley.
