Details

At 311 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles northeast of Gardner Dam Scout Camp, or 26 miles southeast of
Crandon, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

The strong thunderstorm will be near…
Mountain around 335 PM CDT. Bear Paw Scout Camp around 345 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Boot
Lake Campground, Townsend, Lakewood and Crooked Lake.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
