Arkansas River at Ralston affecting Pawnee and Osage Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Arkansas River at Ralston.

* WHEN…Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs on the
north bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 16.1 feet this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
