Details

At 906 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles south of Miami to 5 miles southeast of
Panhandle. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Pampa, Panhandle, White Deer, Mclean, Groom, Lefors, Skellytown, Lake
Mcclellan, Kingsmill, and Alanreed.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 99 and 124, between
mile markers 127 and 128, and between mile markers 130 and 146.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
the Panhandle of Texas.
