Details
At 1039 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles north of Twitty to 6 miles south of
Wellington. Movement was east at 40 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Wellington, Shamrock, Dodson, Lutie, Twitty, Dozier, Lela, and
Samnorwood.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 156 and 176.
Instructions

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
the Panhandle of Texas.
