* WHAT…Heat index values up to 104 expected.

* WHERE…Cedar and Knox Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 PM to 9 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Overnight heat indices in the mid-70s will
prevent uncooled homes from easily dispersing the day’s heat. Hot
temperatures are expected to linger through the week.

Instructions

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
