Details

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Craig, Nowata and Washington OK.

* WHEN…Until 700 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 129 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain has fallen due to thunderstorms.
Flooding is ongoing in the warned area as run off from the
heavy rains continues. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen.

Instructions

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
