Cowley County in south central Kansas…
Southeastern Sedgwick County in south central Kansas…
Southern Butler County in south central Kansas…
Harper County in south central Kansas…
Sumner County in south central Kansas…

* Until 1000 PM CDT.

* At 905 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Rose Hill to 6 miles southeast of Wellington to 6
miles northeast of Hazelton, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include…
Wichita, Derby, Arkansas City, Winfield, Andover, Haysville,
Augusta, Wellington, Mulvane, Rose Hill, Anthony, Douglass, Belle
Plaine, Harper, Conway Springs, Caldwell, Oxford, Udall, Attica,
and Burden.

This includes the following highways…
Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 0 and 1.
Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 1 and 61.
