West Central Haakon County in west central South Dakota…
East Central Pennington County in west central South Dakota…

* Until 715 PM MDT.

* At 641 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles north of
Quinn, or 25 miles west of Philip, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Grindstone, Creighton and Grindstone Butte.

Instructions

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for a portion of
