The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
Southeastern Howard County in northeastern Iowa…
West central Winneshiek County in northeastern Iowa…

* Until 200 PM CDT.

* At 126 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles southwest of Cresco, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Ridgeway around 135 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include State
Road 9 And 245th Street, Schley, and County Roads V 58 And A 46.
