Shell Rock River at Shell Rock affecting Black Hawk, Bremer and
Butler counties.

* WHAT…Flooding is possible.

* WHERE…The Shell Rock River at Shell Rock, or from Flood Creek
near Clarksville to the Cedar River.

* WHEN…From late Friday night to early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, Water affects S Prairie St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.2 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached early Saturday morning.
– Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
