…The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa…

Upper Iowa River at Bluffton affecting Winneshiek County.

Upper Iowa River at Dorchester Hwy 76 affecting Allamakee County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Upper Iowa River at Bluffton.

* WHEN…From Friday afternoon to Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, River is significantly outside of its banks
impacting both Bluffton Canoe Landings. Campgrounds along the river
in Bluffton are underwater.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.3 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 12.9 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
– Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
