Details

At 846 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles northeast of Kalvesta to near Ingalls.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Cimarron around 850 PM CDT.
Howell around 905 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Jetmore and Dodge
City.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
southwestern Kansas.
