Ellsworth Air Force Base, or 16 miles northeast of Rapid City,
moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD…Tennis ball size hail.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.
