Details
At 1029 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lake Crystal, or 11 miles west of Mankato, moving northeast at 45
mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Mankato, North Mankato, St. Peter, Lake Crystal, Eagle Lake,
Janesville, Nicollet, Madison Lake, St. Clair, Kasota, Elysian,
Cleveland, Garden City, Judson, Skyline, Mankato Airport, Minneopa
State Park and Smiths Mill.
