* WHERE…Portions of east central and southeast Iowa, including the
following areas, in east central Iowa, Muscatine. In southeast
Iowa, Des Moines, Henry IA, Jefferson, Keokuk, Louisa and
Washington.
* WHEN…Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Heavy rainfall from repeated rounds of thunderstorms may
produce flash flooding.
