At 255 PM CDT, Law enforcement reported a strong thunderstorm over
Clarissa, or 25 miles northeast of Alexandria, moving southeast at 10
mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Law enforcement reported nickel size hail hwy 71 near Eagle
Bend.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Browerville, Clarissa, Eagle Bend and Clotho.
