* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southeastern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico…
Northwestern El Paso County in western Texas…

* Until 630 PM MDT.

* At 556 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over La Union,
moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include…
West El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Central El Paso, Chaparral, Santa
Teresa, Anthony, Sunland Park, Anthony Gap, Canutillo, Westway,
Vinton, La Union, Union Pacific Intermodal Terminal, and Franklin
Mountains State Park.
