rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE…A portion of western Texas, including the following
county, El Paso.

* WHEN…Until 230 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 114 AM MDT, the public reported flooding in the warned
area.
– Some locations that may experience flooding include…
East El Paso and Mission Valley.

Instructions

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
