Warning for the following rivers in Minnesota…

Turtle Creek Near Austin 3NW affecting Mower County.

The next statement will be issued Thursday morning by 1145 AM CDT.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Turtle Creek near Austin 3NW.

* WHEN…From Thursday morning to Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 10.5 feet, Minor flooding begins along the creek in
Austin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 5.7 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.4 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 10.5 feet.
