…The National Weather Service in Des Moines IA has issued a Flood
Watch for the following rivers in Iowa…

Cedar River at Janesville affecting Bremer and Black Hawk
counties.

Cedar River at Cedar Falls affecting Black Hawk county.

Cedar River at Waterloo affecting Black Hawk county.

.Very heavy rainfall over southern Minnesota and portions of north
central and northeast Iowa will lead to significant rises along the
Cedar River basin.

* WHAT…Flooding is possible.

* WHERE…The Cedar River at Janesville, or from Quarter Section Run
west of Denver to the West Fork Cedar River.

* WHEN…From Saturday morning to Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Water threatens areas of Janesville south
of 8th St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.5 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached Saturday morning.
– Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
