…The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a Flood Watch
for the following rivers in Iowa…

Upper Iowa River at Bluffton affecting Winneshiek County.

The next statement will be issued late tonight by 130 AM CDT.

* WHAT…Flooding is possible.

* WHERE…Upper Iowa River at Bluffton.

* WHEN…From late tonight to Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, River is significantly outside of its banks
impacting both Bluffton Canoe Landings. Campgrounds along the river
in Bluffton are underwater.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.1 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached just after midnight
tonight, at which point the river would begin to fall.
– Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
